The RCS Team is delighted to announce that we have again been named BoardRoom Magazine 'Excellence in Achievement' Award winners! This year we have been honored in the categories of "Staff Training Company" and "Consulting Company".
Our goal, as it always has been, is to offer state-of-the-art management techniques and innovative planning processes that honor and respect the traditions of America’s great golf and country clubs while preparing them for the next generation of members, employees, and guests.
This year as we continue to evolve our full-service consulting services in the club industry, we have put a specific emphasis on expanding and updating our training programs, strategic planning processes, and executive recruitment services. We have also continued to develop our renowned signature training series, Food and Beverage Boot Camp™, with plans to launch a Banquet Boot Camp™ in 2018.
Our commitment to training for superior club service also extended this year to a collaboration with the CMAA Club Resource Center for the production of five basic food & beverage service training videos, and the launch of our own online training portal RCSU.
