Hello, and Happy Friday!
It is officially the most wonderful time of the year with the 2020 CMAA World Conference and Expo kicking off next week in Grapevine Texas. We look forward to this event all year with the chance to see what's new in the industry, connect with friends and colleagues old and new, participate in education sessions, and so much more.
This year, we will be posted up at our Booth #317
at the Expo on Monday February 10th (9:30am-3:30pm) and Tuesday February 11th (9:30am-1:00pm) in order to serve our clients better.
We've been hard at work creating new consulting & training solutions to help busy managers and concerned board members and here are a few things we can’t wait to share with you (including a sneak peek of our newly launched services guide here).
Do your 2020 goals and initiatives involve increasing revenue, decreasing turnover, or improving your employee training experience? If they do, we would like to invite you to take RCSU for a test drive.

Our virtual training courses are increasing revenues, decreasing labor costs through less employee turnover, and effectively training employees with comprehensive and consistent messaging. All the while, putting the power into managers’ hands the ability (for the first time ever) measure, monitor and track employee learning. We’re preparing you for the year ahead using the latest in training technology.
Want more reason to take RCSU for a test drive? We're giving away an iPad to one lucky conference attendee who registers for our 7 Day Trial.
Want to double your chances to win? Register for a free trial today and request a second entry into the drawing by stopping by our booth.
We are delighted once again to be recognized with two Excellence in Achievement Awards for Staff Training and Consulting Company from BoardRoom Magazine. We are looking forward to congratulating the other recipients and attending the awards reception as a group.
Chef Mary Howley has been cooking up new consulting solutions and best practices for food and beverage, and if you’re lucky, perhaps she will share a sweet treat with you.
Are you seeing the same names and faces over and over again as you search for new hires? Do you have a plan in place to recruit and retain top-level talent? Let’s strategize your next great hire with Brian Armstrong.
How is your team moving the member experience needle in 2020? Chat with Joyce Halama on how onsite training will set your team up for member satisfaction success.
Finally, we are thrilled to introduce you to our newest team member, Emily Barber. She will be on hand to discuss your club’s strategic goals for 2020, and how RCS’ strategic solutions fit into your game plan for winning.
Everyone's favorite RCS mascot is back! Make sure to stop by our booth, take photos with Squish and use the hashtag #WhereIsSquish and see who Squish befriends, and what adventures Squish gets into this year.
If you'd like to set up a time to meet over coffee, please drop us a line at info@consultingRCS.com or give us a call at 623.322.0773.
